FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to pay anything out of pocket?
Possibly. Your warranty company decides what is covered, what labor rate and parts amounts it approves, and whether a deductible applies. If the approved amount is less than the actual repair cost, we will explain any customer responsibility before moving forward.
Do you work with my warranty company?
We work with many extended warranty and vehicle service contract providers. Submit a Warranty Check with your provider information and we will review the claim process with you.
Will using Fletcher’s void my warranty?
Warranty contracts can have repair-facility and authorization requirements. We review the process before repairs begin so the claim follows the provider’s requirements.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on diagnosis, provider authorization, parts availability, and the repair itself. We focus on clear communication and keep you updated as the claim moves forward.
What if my claim is denied?
We will explain what the warranty company tells us and discuss your available repair options. A submitted Warranty Check does not guarantee coverage or approval.
Do I need to take my vehicle to a specific shop?
Not automatically. After reviewing your vehicle and warranty, Rich will call you and coordinate the appropriate service location or next step. Please do not bring a vehicle anywhere until arrangements are confirmed.
What if my vehicle cannot be driven?
Select “Need a Tow” on the Warranty Check and tell us where the vehicle is located. Rich will discuss the towing and repair-location plan when he calls you back.
What information do I need to get started?
Your contact information, vehicle year/make/model and mileage, warranty provider, policy or contract number if available, and a description of what the vehicle is doing.
