I’m Rich Fletcher. I’ve been on both sides of a mechanic shop. I know what it’s like to be the customer wondering if you’re getting the runaround — and I know what it takes to get a repair handled the right way.
That’s why I started Fletcher’s Extended Warranty Auto Repair: to make the extended-warranty repair process simpler, more personal, and easier to understand. We help diagnose the issue, work through the claim process, coordinate the repair, and keep you informed from start to finish.
My goal is simple: take care of your vehicle like it’s my own, tell you the truth, and make sure you understand what happens next. When you submit a warranty check or service request, I will call you back personally.
